Dear Host Family,
My name is Eunice, and I am excited to introduce myself to you. I am 27 years old and come from South Africa. I was born and raised in Johannesburg city. Where I resided with my mother and family. I do not have any siblings as I am an only child. I am excited becoming a part of your family and experiencing life, while sharing my own culture with you.
I am currently a student at a South African University studying Economic Management Science online. I have a passion deep passion for working with children, learning new languages, traveling and studying. In my free time, I enjoy taking walks, swimming, exploring, listening to music, reading and bike riding. I am an open-minded, responsible, and curious person who loves meeting new people and learning about different ways of life.
Currently I am an au pair to a French family of 4 in the North of France. I currently care for two children. Ages 3 and 5 years old. I have been with my current family for the last two years. I have in that time also been teaching my host kids English. Prior to this I have extensive childcare experience as a tutor and babysitter in my home country. I also have a diploma in Early Childhood development and first aid training.
One of the main reasons I want to participate in this exchange is my love for cultural exchange and language learning. I am eager to learn a new language and immerse myself in the traditions, lifestyle, and values of your country. I also look forward to sharing my own culture, whether through cooking traditional dishes, teaching my native language, or sharing stories from my home country.
I am a very respectful person. I am also adaptable and very helpful. I am more than willing to assist with daily household chores.
